1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by Gassett Group Pty Ltd (trading as Waggly Club), ABN 55 603 552 07, located at 77 Gawan Loop Coburg North VIC 3058 Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Waggly Group Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

• The giveaway begins at 12:01am AEST on 14 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 5 June 2025.
• Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To be eligible for entry, participants must:

1. Sign up to the Waggly mailing list via the provided link (in Instagram/Facebook bio or website).
2. Either follow @wagglyclub on Instagram OR share the official giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook (sharing must be public).
3. Tag two (2) pet-loving friends in the comments of the official giveaway post on either Instagram or Facebook.

All three steps must be completed to form one valid entry.

Bonus Entry:

• Each qualifying order over $40 AUD (excluding shipping) placed via the Waggly website during the promotional period counts as one additional entry.
• There is no limit to the number of bonus entries per person via qualifying purchases.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Waggly Birthday Prize Pack with a total value of over $500 AUD, including:
• Waggly reserves the right to substitute any item in the prize pack with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to stock availability.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on 6 June 2025 from all valid entries.
• The winner will be announced via @wagglyclub Instagram Stories and contacted directly via Instagram DM or email.
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected at Waggly’s discretion.

7. General Conditions

• Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Waggly Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
• Waggly takes no responsibility for technical issues or failures that may prevent entry.

8. Privacy and Consent

• By entering, participants consent to receiving email marketing from Waggly and agree to Waggly's Privacy Policy.
• Personal information will be collected and used solely for the administration of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
• The winner may be asked to provide content (e.g., photo of their pet with the prize) for promotional purposes. Participation in this is optional.
