Registration and Subscriptions
To subscribe to Waggly Club, we require you to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for updating your billing and delivery information.
Waggly Club offers subscription plans with different contract periods, including 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months. When you sign up for a subscription, cancellations during this contractual period are not permitted.
Monthly Delivery
Waggly Club will deliver a curated selection of dog products to the address provided during registration. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. More information about our delivery times can be found here.
Billing
By subscribing to Waggly Club, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as outlined on the Site. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Please note that Waggly Club reserves the right to adjust the billing date under certain circumstances. We understand that you may prefer a specific billing date, and we are pleased to offer you the option to lock in a date that is most convenient for you. However, in the event that we need to make changes to the billing date, we will communicate this to you in writing well in advance to ensure transparency and clarity regarding any adjustments.
Subscription Renewals
Once your subscription has expired and you did not cancel your subscription, you will be transitioned to a month-to-month plan at the same price you originally signed up for. You have the flexibility to manage your subscription, including the ability to cancel or modify your renewal preferences by reaching out to our support team.
Payment
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. We will continue to attempt processing your payment using the provided payment method until it is successfully completed.
Shipping/Delivery
We will deliver the monthly subscription box to the shipping address provided during registration. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address. Waggly Club is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by incorrect address information.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have access to a cooling off period for 10 business days from the time of purchase. This means that after your purchase, if you don’t think the service is right for you, you have 10 business days to end your subscription early without cancellation fees. However, we will ask you to send back the complete, unused contents of the order for a full refund. Refunds will be processed once we receive the contents back.
If you wish to cancel your ongoing membership after the cooling off period, you can do so by reaching out to our dedicated customer support team. Your subscription will remain active until you cancel it. If you decide to cancel your membership before the end of your existing subscription period, you will be charged for the remaining duration of your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership, without prior notice, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms of Service or our policies, poses harm to our business interests, or if your account remains inactive.
Promotions and Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotional deals and discounts. Each promotion will have specific terms and conditions that accompany it, and you must adhere to those terms to be eligible for the promotion.
If you sign up for a multi-month subscription plan, you may be eligible for additional benefits, such as a free dog bed, free dog camera, or other promotional items.
Content Submitted by Users
By submitting any content, such as reviews, testimonials, or photos, to Waggly Club, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in any media.
Prohibited Content
You must not submit or post any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others. Waggly Club reserves the right to remove any prohibited content and terminate your access to the Site and Services.
